Matt is originally from Milnor, N.D. Matt began his career at Nodak Insurance in 2004. Matt qualified for the Million Dollar Round Table in 2000 and achieved Senior Partner status with Nodak Insurance in 2005.

He and his wife, Erin, have two children.
