Before you report your claim, gather these items:

  • Your name, address and phone numbers
  • Your policy number
  • Date and time of your loss
  • Description of incident
  • Insurance and contact information of others involved
Nodak Insurance Group uses the following numbers for SMS texting. Nodak Insurance Group does not use these numbers for group messages, advertisements, or any other solicitation other than those people who have direct insurance claims.
