In our continuing effort to provide quality products at competitive prices, both the homeowner and farm/ranch policies will now include Equipment Breakdown Coverage.

This coverage will become part of the base policy so clients having either a homeowner or farm/ranch policy will have the additional coverage automatically. With so many homes today carrying expensive electronic systems and appliances, this additional coverage is seen as significant to protect against the unexpected repair or replacement costs due to mechanical or electrical breakdown, losses typically not covered under a home or farm policy.

This new coverage will be available beginning May 1 for homeowners and June 1 for farm/ranch for both new and renewal business.
